Following your initial visit, our financial coordinator will discuss your treatment costs and payment options depending on your individual situation. Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made with our financial coordinator. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard. We also offer access to an independent lending program to finance major dental care including attractive options with no interest for up to 12 months. Our doctors may recommend that needed treatment be phased over a period of time to make sure it is affordable for you.

As a courtesy, we obtain insurance information and confirm eligibility prior to your visit, and will file the claim as a service for you. Most insurance companies will respond with payment within six weeks. A standard treatment fee, based on the procedure(s) performed, will be collected at the time services are rendered. This may or may not be the same as your insurance copy or the non-covered portion of the procedure.
